Responsibilities:  

1.Discussing the objectives, requirements and budget of a project.

2.Consulting with other professionals about the design of an environment.

3.Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client.

4.Advising the client on the practicality of their project.

5.Using IT in design and project management, specifically using computer-aided design software.

6.Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines.

7.Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications.

8.Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.

9.Preparing tender applications and presentations.

Description :  

The ideal candidate should have 3 years minimum experience in Residential Projects, in preparing & coordinating construction documents (working drawings) to Dubai Building Regulations. Ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
