1.Bachelor Degree Electrical Engineering
2.Minimum 15 years relevant experience in Oil& Gas / petrochemical industries.
3.Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Ms Office applications.
4.Should have knowledge of SAP.
Responsibilities :
1.Prepare Electrical maintenance procedures, maintenance plans and task list.
2.Review and maintain spares for plant Electrical and analyzers to have uninterrupted plant operation.
3.Supervise in-house and vendor / contractor personal to ensure completion of jobs in time.
4.Update documentation after a design change.
5.Coordinate with planning department to create equipment history in SAP for all Electrical and to update SAP master data information for all the plant Electrical , spares and systems.
6.Coordinate with internal, external service providers for smooth functioning of Electrical .
7.Analyze chronic problems and find suitable and effective solution with minimum downtime.
8.Ensure safety during maintenance work carried by Electrical technicians, conduct tool box talk for critical work and participate in job safety analysis.
9.Familiarize with spares requirement for various Electrical and take suitable action to overcome the spare shortage and suggest spares indigenization.
10.Ensure MOC modification job completion as per plan and schedule to ensure continuous improvement / optimization of equipment performance and safety.
11.Suggest changes to improve the control strategy, review and implement approved changes to improve the operability of the equipment and plant operations.
12.Maintain up to date Calibration and testing of all the plant Electrical , fire and gas devices including Nucleonic gauges.
13.Prepare presentations and conduct training sessions for young technicians to ensure knowledge transfer and support skill enhancement.
