Revana is currently seeking Agency Account Executives to join our growing company in Tempe, Arizona. Grounded on Energy, Excellence, and Execution, Revana cultivates customer relationships by acquiring, retaining, and growing customers for our clients.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

1-2 years proven consultative sales and business development experience.
Must be technically advanced with expertise in cloud-based services, social media, computers, mobile devices, and more importantly, how they all work together.
Unbeatable communication skills, both oral and written.
Approach solutions to complex challenges with an analytical and creative mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent experience. College degree a plus.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Agency Account Executive, your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade Agencies to embrace Google's latest advertising products and technologies to meet their clients needs. Working with Agencies, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can help their clients reach thousands of users.
Provide strategic advice and help Agencies get the best ROI on their clients advertising investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
Consistently deliver against assigned quota, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience to Agencies.
Implement creative ways to improve our Agency relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and upsell or promote other Google products.
Communicate with Agencies proactively, via phone and email.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in an advertising sales, business development, and/or online media environment.
College coursework in business, communications, or marketing principles.
Knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape.
Understanding of unique challenges that small businesses face in marketing online.
