Job Description:


Purpose:


• To partner with local leadership team leading human capital imperative in a way that adds value to the site and business in alignment with its strategy

• To ensure consistent application of Human Resources activity on the site and manage employee relations

Strategic Business Partner :
• Active participation in management of the site, implementing HR initiatives that are aligned with the respective business and site strategies
• Overall responsibility for directing and coordinating HR strategies, policies, procedures and HR resource deployment on the site
• Translate and convert HR concepts and theory into human systems solutions for enhanced employee performance , positive employee relations and business success
• Continuously building the functional capability of the organization
• Lead talent management and competency development processes for the site 
• Develop and execute workforce planning process, support talent acquisition and on-boarding process for exempt, non-exempt and wage employees
• Development and consistent execution of salary administration and 
• Continuously improve and reinforce standard HR processes 
• Collaborate with other sites in the region, global network and center of competency to ensure integration of corporate HR direction with site initiative
• Understands and monitors effectiveness of HR programs through use of metrics and HR analytics in a way that drives business performance.

 Leadership/Management/ Relationship:


• Provides direct consultative and strategic partnering to the site manager to maximize performance of the organization
• Collaborate with other sites in regional, global networks and centers of competency to ensure integration of corporate HR direction with site initiatives.


• Monitors, measures and reports on client group HR plans and achievements as required.
HR Process Responsibilities:
• Lead local/site talent management and development processes
• Participates in implementation of engagement survey and local action planning processes
• Supports the talent acquisition processes including on-boarding and new employee orientation 
• Accountable for execution of Hire to Retire workflow and activates associated with the client group supported.
Position Dimensions:
• Primary client group: Site Leadership Team
• Liaison points: Works closely with global HRBP for business and function, taking guidance for effective business impact and resources in execution of objectives
• Reports to: Regional HR manager 
• Has one direct report based in Lahore DuPont Pioneer site.

Qualifications:


In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

•College /University degree with at least 5-7 years of 
experience in Human Resources preferable in a 
manufacturing location
•Strong leadership skills and experiences
•Ability to translate HR needs and opportunities to
bottom line performance for the organization
•Broad experience in developing and implementing 
change management initiatives and creating 
organizational capabilities 
•Ability to set priorities and provide direction through 
direct and influence management 
•Strong interest and capability in talent development 
and talent management 
•Demonstrated results orientation and high level of 
energy / passion
•Demonstrated ability to translate broad HR function
direction into leadership initiatives in collaboration with
peers and line leaders
•Demonstrates strong teamwork, collaboration and
