Skills :  

1.Should have an experience in interacting with the supply chain and good in negotiation skills. 
2.Experience required is 4 yrs. to 12 yrs. 
3.Should be good in communication and presentable. 

Responsibilities : 

1.Interface with Production, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Quality to supply components per delivery schedule requirements. 
2.Maintain proper inventory levels to ensure on time delivery to customers. 
3.Coordinate return of defective/damaged items, expedite parts, and maintain appropriate files and records.
4.Has primary responsibility for supplier relationships, ensuring supplier quality, competitive Pricing, and timely delivery of material.
5.Review, plans and generate purchase orders and in-house manufacturing orders. 
6.Monitor real-time forecast consumption, taking corrective action to optimize supply and minimize excess inventory.
7.Assure on time delivery and delivery status.
8.Coordinate with Senior Purchasing Agents supplier issues, monthly scorecard, replenishment programs, and cost issues.
