Hey Webheads! Spidey is back in a brand new, web-slinging, action-packed adventure: Spider-Man Unlimited [FREE]! Help Spider-Man defeat the new Sinister Six as they use a dimensional rift to create an army of themselves to take over Manhattan. Players will play as the most Spider-Men in any game and fight the Sinister Six in multiple dimensions to save the city. If you think you’ve got what it takes to help Spidey save New York and fend off the Sinister Six then read on to see what’s in store for you in Spider-Man Unlimited.
Okay, so clearly you’re up to the task of defeating the Sinister Six if you are reading this. In Spider-Man Unlimited players can play the game in three unique ways, the first being the full narrative story. Like I talked about before, the new Sinister Six are using a dimensional rift to summon versions of themselves from other dimensions. It’s pretty crazy, but they are working on building up a massive army to take over the city and eventually the world. Spider-Man is in luck though, he’s got some friends in high places (*cough* Nick Fury *cough*) and he’s got access to a dimensional rift too! So this means that players can summon different versions of Spider-Men to play as and collect for their very own Spidey army. The Dev team has got some big plans to reveal more and more Spideys with game updates. Rumor has it, there are 20+ Spider-Men available at launch!
GamePlay:
Another awesome way to play Spider-Man Unlimited is by playing the Events mode. In the Events mode, players will be able to participate in events based around a new villain or a new Spider-Man. There will be daily events, weekly events, and maybe even some hourly events for those players who play multiple times a day! I really like the Events mode because it gives players a chance to win some great rewards; from new Spider-Man cards, to vials, or some additional ISO-8, you won’t want to skip out on this game mode.Finally, the last way players can enjoy the Spider-Man Unlimited universe is by playing the Unlimited mode. Just like the name suggests, players will be able to sling some web and fight evil FOREVER (Cue Sandlot scene). This mode is a great place to throw down against your friends, level up your favorite Spidey, and practice web-slinging combos. As a player, I really feel awesome when I see myself climb the leaderboards and shatter all of my friends’ high scores! I also enjoy the Unlimited mode because it’s a great place for me to collect vials so I can expand my Spider-Man army.
What’s really awesome about Spider-Man Unlimited is you can play how you want to play as your favorite Spider-Man. Looking to get a Spider-Man suit that gives you bonus XP as you sling around town? Not a problem, the traditional Spider-Man has got you covered! Want to get a bonus to extra vials? Mangaverse Spider-Man is the suit you need!
