Frontline Focus is seeking to hire Consultants in Consumer Care. Also known as Mystery Shoppers, the ideal candidates will provide objective & factual feedback about the quality of their experiences at local retail stores, restaurants, theatres and hotels or other establishments that deal with the public. 
Candidates will have to visit local establishments to provide feedback on Customer Service and/or Quality. They will have to provide online reporting of results within 24 hrs.
