1. Bachelor's degree in business administration focusing on finance/controlling or equivalent through experience
2. 3-5 years experience in finance department of a large company or accountancy firm
3. Experience in financial reporting & forecasting, good knowledge of financial systems
4. Analytical, result driven and accurate.

Responsibilities :  

Field:

1.Prepare and consolidate the status & forecast plans at BA/ country / branch/ legal entity level, prepare reporting to EHQ, provide research data
2.Maintain records of expenses, inventories and budget balances
3.Monthly analysis of financial results
4.Coordinate, review and consolidate forecasts and Mid-month updates
5.Ensure accurate accounting, set up various analysis, support development of local reports & distribute management reports, prepare display material for presentations.

EHQ:

1.Prepare monthly analysis of financial results and general financial support to the Business Area as well as at EHQ, E/A, on legal entity and individual GL account level
2.Prepare and consolidate the European status & forecast plans, prepare reporting to US, provide research data
3.Maintain records of expenses, inventories and budget balances
4.Coordinate, review and consolidate European forecasts and Mid-month updates
5.Ensure accurate accounting, set up various analysis, support development, preparation and distribution of management reports and prepare material for presentations.
6.Coordinate and consolidate, where appropriate all financial reporting
7.Help maintain and develop financial reporting systems at S&S E/A level and ensure that supporting systems are implemented and maintained.
8.Participate in the implementation of all standard financial procedures as issued and, as required, develop procedures.

General:

1.Participate to special projects & analysis

3.In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
