Skills :  

- You must have a background in project management or technical lead and have worked on large-scale Internet projects. 

- In addition you must have solid commercial experience of the following:

- Software or Web development
- Managing software staff
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, and procedures (Agile/Scrum would be ideal)
- A strong knowledge of database and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Project Management experience
- Experience building and supporting consumer-facing web sites would be a bonus.
