Responsibilities :  Must have more than 10 years or more relevant construction management experience in a general contractor construction work environment.

Description :

- Bachelors Degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
- Must have more than 10 years or more relevant construction management experience in a general contractor construction work environment.
- Must have 10 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent.
- Must have experience leading large projects in commercial or plant.
- Must have proven leadership ability with experience managing teams of project managers, project engineers, estimators, and superintendents.
- Must be a results orientated leader with a proven ability to deliver large projects on schedule at or below cost.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others in English.
- Ability to work with anyone from sub contractors to the owners.
- Must have a steady work history.
- Strongly prefer candidates coming from a large general contractor background in Korea
Relocated to Korea.
- Annual Compensation (won).
- Basic 150,000,000(won) + Incentive + Benefit (Housing, Car, other allowance).
