Education :  Bachelors Degree
Experience :  5 - 10 Years

Skills:

1.Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent issued by a recognized University.
2.At least 6 years experience in the same field.
Expertise in: 
1.Oracle Fusion Web application development with ADF and Java Server Faces
2.J2EE skills - EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JMS, JSF, JAAS, STRUTS, JDeveloper
3.Web services
4.Deployment of applications on Oracle Weblogic
5.PL/SQL
6.Ability to provide efficient and effective user assistance and instruct others in the use of computer systems software and hardware.
7.Knowledge in IBM Rational software (is an added advantage)
8.Ability to define project goals and work independently to complete projects while adhering to the established schedule.
9.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
10.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with other staff members
11.Be able to speak and write coherently in the English language.
12.Provide two work related and one personal reference.

Responsibilities :

1.Prepare User Requirement Specifications
2.Design database objects and user interface
3.Develop efficient, well-designed and easily maintainable application systems
4.Create both end-user documentation and systems documentation
5.Testing and debugging new or upgraded application systems
6.To draw a plan for User training
7.To lead other staff in his Group.
8.Maintaining the integrity of systems through problem detection, resolution and prevention techniques, including performance analysis and tuning, debugging and security design;
9.Perform related duties as required.
