Responsibilities :  

* Liaising with various agencies, negotiating rates and plan strategies.
* Coordinating company and client catalog production and distribution
* Liaise with Vendor Management and Supplier, both internally and externally, collating content for advertising and customer promotion.
* Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports on all sales & marketing activities, in order to review the success of campaigns.
* Maintaining and updating customer database.
* Contact prospective client to arrange meeting where credentials and opportunities could be discussed.
* Preparing sales quotation, chasing orders and responding to queries.
