- Requires advanced knowledge of networked environments operating systems (Windows Operating Systems), communications protocols, PC and network hardware, 
- As demonstrated through recognized IT certifications were possible. An understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
- A minimum of 1 year in a support role within a networked environment is required
- A minimum of 1 years experience of support and maintenance of IT hardware
- Understanding and adherence to a standards based environment
- Willingness to develop and improve own and others IT knowledge and experience
- A willingness to travel throughout the Middle East
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to work effectively within a team environment in a fast paced support role.
- Must be willing to work with the understanding that some off-hours support is required.
- Requires strong customer service enthusiasm and patience for solving technical and operational challenges.
- Must be competent in required job skills and knowledge, exhibit the ability to learn and apply new skills, keep abreast of current technology developments, require minimal supervision, display understanding of how the job relates to others, use resources effectively.
- Must demonstrate an ability to develop implementation plans, provide application support, co-ordinate implementation with others and provide end user training.
- Must be able to demonstrate critical thinking, recognize and anticipate problems, use fact-finding and diagnostic tools, identify and implement optimal solutions and follow problem management procedures.

- Maintenance of Asset Register
- Resolution of faults assigned through Magic Tickets
Responsibilities :  Regional I.T. Manager - travel throughout Middle East. Responsible for maintaining high levels of candidate satisfaction along with maximizing the performance of the test centers. Ensure that all sites comply with policies and commitment of excellence to its clients. Based in Dubai, the successful candidate will work with Operational colleagues to oversee the daily operation of test centers to best advantage, balancing them for effectiveness and efficiency.

Description :  

-Performance manage all nominated test locations
-Handle disciplinary actions and site terminations
-Ensure compliance with policies, practices and procedures 
-Ensure the security of exams and the environment
-Conduct regular test centre audits
-Review and file reports reflecting unusual circumstances
-Maintain necessary stock of supplies
-Responsible for all aspects of the candidate experience
-Accessible to all staff for emergencies during testing hours via a mobile phone
-Expected to cover out of hours emergencies when required
-Flexible to work on weekends if required
-Travel as necessary 
-Reliable, flexible, with a good attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines 
-Implementation of new procedures, policies and any other changes that may improve network operation.
